1. Operator information
This platform is operated by S.C. ARCVITAL SRL.
In this document, S.C. ARCVITAL SRL may be referred to as "HeyArvi", "the Company", "the Platform", or "the Operator".
2. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
By accessing, using, creating an account, or purchasing a service through the HeyArvi platform, the user confirms that they have read this document, understood it, fully accept the Terms & Conditions, and have the legal capacity required to use the services.
If the user does not agree with this document, they must immediately stop using the platform.
3. About HeyArvi
HeyArvi is a digital travel planning and assistance service.
The platform offers users information, recommendations, and digital tools for organizing and managing trips.
Services may include destination recommendations, personalized itineraries, travel document information, visa information, transport recommendations, accommodation recommendations, restaurant recommendations, attraction recommendations, translation functions, navigation functions, and travel safety and assistance functions.
4. HeyArvi is not a travel agency
HeyArvi is not a travel agency and does not provide travel services in its own name.
The platform does not sell flight tickets, transport services, accommodation, organize excursions, operate transport routes, or conclude travel contracts on behalf of users.
HeyArvi provides only digital information, recommendation, planning, and assistance services.
Contracts for recommended travel services are concluded exclusively between the user and the relevant providers.
5. Relationship with third-party providers
The platform may display or recommend services offered by third parties, including hotels, airlines, transport companies, car rental services, tourism activity providers, insurance providers, and other travel-related services.
HeyArvi is not a contractual party in the relationship between the user and recommended providers.
Any booking, purchase, or contract is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective provider.
6. Eligibility
The platform is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old.
By using the platform, the user declares and guarantees that they are at least 18, have full legal capacity, and may enter contracts in their own name.
The Company may suspend or close accounts reasonably suspected to belong to minors.
7. Account creation
Certain features may require account creation.
The user is responsible for confidentiality of access credentials, activities performed through the account, updating provided information, and security of the devices used.
The user must immediately inform the operator if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
8. User obligations
The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, provide real and updated information, respect other users' rights, not attempt unauthorized system access, not affect platform operation, and not use the services for illegal purposes.
The platform may not be used for fraudulent activities, malware distribution, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or activities that affect IT system security.
9. Account suspension and closure
HeyArvi may suspend or close a user's account in cases of breach of these Terms, abusive use, fraud attempts, illegal activities, conduct affecting service operation, or providing false information.
Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the situation.
10. Packages and subscriptions
HeyArvi may offer one or more free or paid service packages.
At publication, packages may include Basic, Premium, Elite, or other packages introduced later.
10.1 Package content
Features available in each package are displayed on the website and may include personalized recommendations, itineraries, travel document information, translations, navigation functions, assistance functions, safety functions, and other digital services.
10.2 Package changes
HeyArvi may change package structure, included features, package names, and displayed prices.
Changes will not affect services already purchased for the active subscription period, except where required by law or justified technical reasons.
11. Prices and payments
Prices displayed on the platform are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include or exclude VAT according to the information shown at purchase.
Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. HeyArvi currently uses Stripe.
HeyArvi does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank passwords, or bank authentication codes. These are processed exclusively by the payment provider.
If payment cannot be processed, access to premium services may be suspended, certain features may become unavailable, and the user may be asked to update the payment method.
12. Digital services and immediate access
HeyArvi provides digital services and digital content accessible online.
By completing an order and making payment, the user expressly requests that service provision begin immediately after purchase confirmation.
The service is considered activated when the user receives access to their account, the features included in the package, personalized recommendations, and related digital tools.
13. Refund Policy
HeyArvi provides personalized digital services that are available immediately after activation. For this reason, the right to a refund may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or rejected depending on service use, feature activation, and the specific circumstances of the request.
Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with recommendations, changes in prices charged by third-party providers, cancellations made by hotels, airlines or other providers, or changes in travel conditions imposed by third parties.
14. Recommendations and information provided
HeyArvi provides recommendations and information based on data available at the time they are generated. These are indicative and informational.
HeyArvi does not guarantee availability of recommended services, preservation of displayed prices, existence of displayed offers, or permanent accuracy of information provided by third parties.
Before making a booking or traveling, the user must verify relevant information directly with hotels, airlines, authorities, embassies, consulates, and service providers.
15. Travel documents, visas, and legal requirements
HeyArvi may provide indicative information about passports, visas, travel documents, health requirements, and entry conditions for various countries.
Obtaining required documents and verifying travel conditions is the user's exclusive responsibility.
HeyArvi is not responsible for refusal of entry into a state, expired documents, delayed visa issuance, changes in legal requirements, or changes in regulations by authorities.
16. Translations
The platform may offer text, image, document, and audio translation functions.
Translations are provided only to facilitate communication and are indicative.
HeyArvi does not guarantee absolute translation accuracy, correct interpretation in all situations, or absence of translation errors.
For official documents, users must consult authorized translators and qualified professionals.
17. Navigation and GPS functions
The platform may use navigation and localization services provided by external partners.
Routes and displayed information are generated based on data available at the time of use.
HeyArvi cannot guarantee permanent route accuracy, absence of location errors, availability of navigation services, or absence of changes in traffic or infrastructure.
18. Panic Button feature
Certain packages may include the Panic Button, a digital assistance and safety tool.
The Panic Button is not 112, an emergency service, medical assistance, or an authority intervention service.
HeyArvi does not guarantee intervention by any person, receipt of notifications, permanent operation of communication networks, or service availability at all times.
19. Intellectual property
All content of the HeyArvi platform is protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
These rights belong to S.C. ARCVITAL SRL and/or its licensing partners.
Protected elements include the HeyArvi name, logo and visual identity, platform design, content structure and organization, texts, images, graphics, databases, source code, object code, documentation, platform features, methods and workflows, and platform-generated content.
Without prior written consent from the operator, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or commercialize any platform element.
The structure of services, commercial packages, recommendation mechanisms, information organization, and HeyArvi features represent protected know-how and commercial information. Competitive use without operator consent is prohibited.
20. Prohibited uses
The user agrees not to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, infringement of third-party rights, malware distribution, unauthorized data collection, spam, cyberattacks, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or activities that affect service operation.
The operator may suspend access, close the account, restrict functions, and report the situation to competent authorities where there are reasonable suspicions of improper platform use.
21. General limitation of liability
HeyArvi provides a digital information, recommendation, and travel assistance service based on information available at the time it is provided.
To the extent permitted by law, HeyArvi does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation, absence of errors, absence of interruptions, permanent availability of all features, or compatibility with every device or browser.
HeyArvi is not responsible for third-party provider services, accuracy of information published by third parties, cancellations, delays, price changes, schedule changes, or contractual changes made by third parties.
All decisions regarding bookings, purchases, destinations, and services used belong exclusively to the user.
22. Platform availability
HeyArvi makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
However, periods of unavailability may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, cyberattacks, external provider issues, or events outside the operator's control.
The operator does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted availability of the platform.
23. Force majeure
The operator is not liable for non-performance or delayed performance caused by force majeure events.
Such events may include natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, armed conflicts, major cyberattacks, communication interruptions, government measures, and other events that cannot be reasonably controlled.
24. Termination of service use
The user may stop using the services at any time.
The operator may suspend or close the user's access in the situations provided in this document.
Termination of service use does not affect obligations that arose before the contractual relationship ended.
25. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
HeyArvi may amend this document whenever necessary due to legislative changes, new features, technology changes, service development, or security requirements.
The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from publication.
26. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to Romanian law and applicable European Union law.
Applicable rules include the Romanian Civil Code, consumer protection law, electronic commerce law, GDPR, the Digital Services Act, and applicable digital services law.
27. Dispute resolution
If disagreements arise between the user and the operator, the parties will first attempt amicable resolution.
The user is encouraged to contact the operator before initiating judicial proceedings.
Complaints may be sent to contact@heyarvi.ro. The operator will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve requests within a reasonable period.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
28. Electronic communications
By using the platform, the user agrees to receive electronic communications from HeyArvi, including account notifications, service information, payment confirmations, account security notices, changes to legal documents, and other communications necessary for service provision.
Communications sent by email, platform notifications, or push notifications have the same legal value as physical communications to the extent permitted by applicable law.
29. Assignment of rights and obligations
The operator may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this document to affiliated companies, successors, entities involved in business reorganization, or entities taking over the services or platform.
The user may not assign their rights and obligations without the operator's prior written consent.
30. Severability
If any provision of this document is declared null, illegal, or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue to have legal effect.
The affected provision will be replaced, as far as possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original purpose.

32. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
By accessing the platform, creating an account, purchasing a package, or using available services, the user confirms that they have read this document, understood it, fully accept the Terms & Conditions, and agree to comply with them.
33. Limitation of liability for travel recommendations and opportunities
HeyArvi uses information available at the time services are provided to generate personalized recommendations and suggestions.
These recommendations are indicative and do not constitute professional advice, commercial guarantees, financial guarantees, or promises regarding travel results.
HeyArvi does not guarantee the lowest price available on the market, preservation of displayed prices, availability of recommended offers, or existence of offers after display.
Prices and availability are determined exclusively by third-party providers.
Although the platform may provide recommendations intended to help users plan, HeyArvi does not guarantee financial savings, cost reductions, or more advantageous offers than those users could identify independently.
34. User-generated content
Where the platform allows users to enter text, images, documents, or other materials, users remain solely responsible for uploaded content.
The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights, do not infringe third-party rights, do not transmit illegal content, and do not transmit defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent materials.
HeyArvi reserves the right to remove any content that violates law, this document, platform security, or the rights of others.
35. Future services and features
HeyArvi may introduce additional features, services, or integrations.
These may be subject to additional terms published at implementation. Use of new features may require acceptance of additional terms.
36. Entire agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and other legal documents published by the operator, represent the entire agreement between the user and S.C. ARCVITAL SRL regarding use of the HeyArvi platform.
37. Effective date
These Terms & Conditions take effect on the date they are published on www.heyarvi.ro.
